I was born and raised in Spokane and am the father of one incredible daughter. She is in fact part of our team and I couldn't be more excited for her And us!
 
I entered the Real Estate industry over 39 years ago (1985), with a 6-year prior background in construction and another 5 years in sales. I spent the first 19 years with a traditional company, but found that the corporate sales approach to the real estate industry was limiting my ability to evolve the business the way I wanted it to. My vision was to create a group of specialists that would provide exceptional and efficient service, second to none.
 
I moved my operation to Keller Williams in 2004, where I was encouraged to re-design my business in ways to better suit my client's needs and my own philosophy of 'consultant first, salesman second'. I was re-energized about the possibilities! With the development of our Smart Buyer System, our interactive and live Home Evaluation process, and a strong emphasis on professional marketing and Home Staging, The Bill Richard Real Estate Group, Inc. was off and running. My consultative approach to the selling and buying of Real Estate has served my clients well and I'm very proud of the service we provide and the product we put out.
